We want you to be happy with your purchase from DSM Books. If you are not, you may return eligible items under the terms below.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

Books must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original state and packaging.

Return shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. In those cases, contact us and we will arrange the return at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will refund the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
